Every response sits behind an email or Discord confirmation, and the identity is stored as a salted hash under a unique constraint. A second submission is rejected by the database, not by the browser.

Cloudflare Turnstile guards both sign-in and submission, verified server-side, with per-address and per-network rate limits on top.
